What Healthzena is

Most days, the way you feel isn't a mystery. It's the sum of how you slept, how much water you drank, how stressed your day was, and how consistent your routine has been. Healthzena exists to walk through those everyday connections in plain language, so a feeling like "wiped out by 2pm" makes a little more sense.

What Healthzena isn't

Healthzena is not a doctor, a clinic, or a diagnostic tool. It doesn't tell you what condition you have, and it never will. Nothing on this site should be used to rule a medical condition in or out. If something about how you feel is new, severe, persistent, or worrying, the right next step is a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional, not another article.

Who it's for

We write primarily for students and young adults navigating stress, irregular sleep schedules, and long screen-heavy days, the everyday causes of low energy and mental fatigue that are easy to overlook but often straightforward to explain.

Our pledge: 50% of profits go to education

Healthzena donates 50% of its profits toward education, including scholarships that help students afford school. We write about the everyday things that get in the way of learning and focus (poor sleep, stress, low energy) so it felt right to put a real share of what this site earns back into making education itself more accessible.

As Healthzena grows past ads and into other revenue like affiliate partnerships, that 50% commitment applies across the board. We'll share more specifics on where scholarship funds go as the program takes shape.
